On the occasion of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 7th July 2025, the Board of Directors of MM SpA confirmed the CEO of the Company, Eng. Francesco Mascolo, as the Employer pursuant to art. 2, letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and responsible for environmental matters, with the right to sub-delegate within the limits of what is established by current regulations on the subject.
