Access to documents

The Regulation on access to administrative documents, approved on 17 April 2019 by the Board of Directors of MM SpA, regulates the methods of the right of access to the administrative documents and documents drawn up and held by MM SpA, limited to its public activity interest, pursuant to Law 7 August 1990, n. 241 and art. 53 of the Legislative Decree. 18 April 2016, n. 50 and subsequent amendments and additions.

Requests for access to administrative documents can be forwarded, in accordance with what is indicated in the Regulation, by completing the “Request for access to administrative documents” form below to be sent in compliance with the following methods:

Registered mail with return receipt to: MM SpA – Via del Vecchio Politecnico 8, 20121 Milan;

In paper form by hand at: MM SpA – Integrated Correspondence Management – Via del Vecchio Politecnico 8, 20121 Milan – from Monday to Friday from 09.30 to 12.00
