At the meeting of December 19th, 2025<\/strong>, the Board of Directors of MM SpA resolved to appoint the following as members of the Supervisory Body:<\/p>\n Supervisory Body<\/strong> – organismo.vigilanza@mmspa.eu<\/a><\/p>\n Pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001, MM Spa has an organisation, management and control model, approved by resolution of the Board of Directors of March 24th, 2026.<\/p>\n The document, structured into a General Part and a Special Part, includes a examines the regulations contained in Legislative Decree 231\/2001 and constitutes the guidelines that describe the process of adoption of the Model by MM Spa, the crimes relevant for the Company, the recipients of the Model, the methods of adoption and implementation of the models of the other subsidiaries, the MM Supervisory Body, the sanctioning system to monitor violations, the obligations to communicate the Model and train staff.<\/p>\n Management and control organization model<\/a> MM intends to build its growth on a solid reputation, faithful to the values of honesty and correctness, in every daily work process.
